CodeSprintGo provides custom software development services, including but not limited to:
- Enterprise software solutions

- Mobile application development
- System integration services
- Technical consulting
3.1. Project Initiation
All projects begin with a formal agreement outlining scope, deliverables, timeline, and costs.
3.2. Development Process
We follow an agile development methodology with regular client communication and feedback integration.
3.3. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide necessary information, feedback, and approvals in a timely manner to maintain project timelines.
4.1. Client IP
Clients retain all rights to their pre-existing intellectual property.
4.2. Deliverables
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership rights to the custom software developed specifically for their project.
4.3. CodeSprintGo IP
We retain rights to our development tools, frameworks, and pre-existing code libraries.
5.1. Project Fees
Fees are outlined in the project agreement and may be structured as fixed-price or time-and-materials.
5.2. Payment Schedule
Standard payment terms include:
- 30% upfront deposit
- 40% at project midpoint
- 30% upon project completion
5.3. Late Payments
Payments overdue by more than 30 days may result in service suspension.
6.1. By Client
Clients may terminate services with 30 days written notice, subject to payment for work completed.
6.2. By CodeSprintGo
We reserve the right to terminate services for:
- Non-payment
- Breach of agreement terms
- Unethical or illegal activities
7.1. Project Cancellation
Refunds for cancelled projects are calculated based on work completed and expenses incurred.
7.2. Service Issues
Issues with delivered services must be reported within 14 days for consideration of partial refunds.
We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information and project details through signed NDAs and secure development practices.
9.1. Service Warranty
We warrant our services will be performed in a professional manner consistent with industry standards.
9.2. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the previous 12 months.
CodeSprintGo reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes.
